Blacklisted: The Price for Speaking Truth

     In the 1950s the United States was in a political war whereby the concepts and theories concerning Communism were associated with evil, aggression, anti-God, being un-American and pro-Russia. Within this vein politicians and the general public engaged in furious debates that centered on the spread of communism in the United States. The Communist discussions were so widespread that they engulfed the directives of congressmen, senators, and presidents like Richard Nixon, John Kennedy; however, the major culprit was Senator Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin.

     The schizophrenic Senator declared that communist were inside the State Department, White House and every branch of government and that they were making policies for the nation. McCarthy had garnered the imagination of the American public, via the un-American Activity Committees that were formed in Congress. These congressional forums brutalized honest Americans by falsely accusing them of aiding and abetting Russian communist and undermining American foreign policy. Many of these poor American victims lost their jobs, homes, families, freedom and sometimes their lives.For example, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg was convicted and executed in 1953 for alleged passing on atomic secrets to the USSR. 

      When Joseph McCarthy was discovered as a blatant liar and a national disgrace, political leaders who followed him and stayed in power after McCarthyism was purged; never offered an apology to the millions of American lives they destroyed. These bigots who were part of McCarthyism simply said it was a bad era in American history. 

      Today, we are in another McCarthy era, although it is not simply an argument of geopolitical thought and a contest of whether Communism or Democracy is supreme; but rather who should question political authority in the United States. Unlike the 1950s where the nation was governed by the three branches of government; today, the rulers of our nation are the Political Elite that operates as an invisible force in plain sight that governs the political, social, and economic stratum of our society. This powerful force is neither democrats or republicans; but instead an elaborate and highly sophisticated and educated oligarchy that creates and controls the narrative of the directives of our nation.

       Between 2010 and 2025 individuals rose from the ashes of political lethargic optimism to challenge the standard views of American hegemony, unchecked liberalism, and American xenophobia. Actors, regardless of political philosophy like Juluis Assange, Edward Snowden, Louis Farrakhan, and even Donald Trump were Blacklisted because they asked questions that challenged the narrative of American ideology that was blindly accepted and followed by the American public.

        The Blacklisting was camouflaged rhetorical diatrites of racism, sexism, Islamophobia, homophobia, and anti-semitism. But, the authors–the Political Elite really do not care about such terms or trends of ideology. Their sole purpose is to control a narrative that allows them to dictate American and world power for the perpetual future. If the PE is challenged they will use their collective power to eliminate any individual, group, organization or nation that systematically questions their authority and governance. 

          Blacklisted: The Price for Speaking Truth is the first book that explains this phenomenon historically and contemporary and how it relates to grassroot development and domestic and geopolitical mechanisms of the United States government.
